Adam's Birthday Party!

Howdy!
Adam had a Cowboy themed party this year. Lots of friends and family and pony rides. Cole has had two pony parties, so we thought it was a great time for Adam to have one. He loved it! You can click on the pictures to enlarge them. Just hit the back button to return to the blog.

The Birthday Cowboy taking a ride. The horses name was Pongo.

Mia. We were so proud of her. She is usually very scared.

In search of a Bandit. Their friend, Christian, was hiding and they got word he went inside. It was cute seeing them all take off running together.
Caiden pulling Adam and Kate. We were very impressed with his strength.
These are just a few shots of the decorations. I kind of went with the vintage cowboy theme.
The Wanted Wall. I made posters for each of the kids.
I had fun making this cake. I made the horse and cactus out of fondant.

Well not exactly, but it sounded fitting.

Adam Turns Three!

Our baby turned three today. It has gone too fast. Scott made him a birthday burrito for breakfast today.

Another milestone-Cole lost his first tooth today also. It has been loose forever and he actually pulled it himself this morning. Big day today! Cole asked how big the tooth fairy was later in the day. He was sizing her up because he wanted to know if he would be able to catch her when she came in to get his tooth. She left him two dollars that night, but he did not catch her! :)

Trip to my Uncle Mark's

The boys and I went with my mom and grandparents to Alvin, Tx to visit my Uncle Mark and family. We went to see my cousin, Ray, graduate high school

They live just 45 minutes from the beach, so we made a quick trip over on Sunday. It was the boys first time. They absolutely loved it. I thought for sure the salt water would deter them from swimming, but they kept going back for more.

Ray took Cole out to ride the waves.
They went pretty far out. Adam and I and Sarah joined them too.
